The hotel’s human resources department is responsible for tasks such as job design, organizational charting, personnel decrees, development of job responsibilities and personal specifications, job advertising in appropriate media, rotational and shift work planning, hiring and recruiting new staff, and dismissing individuals with unsuitable performance.
