• Familiarity with the 5S cleanliness system
• Cost management in maintenance and repairs
• Building maintenance and repairs
• Reliability-based maintenance reporting skills
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and teamwork communication
• Timely problem-solving and decision-making
The Hotel Technical and Engineering Manager must have the following skills:
• Managerial and leadership skills
• Technical management
• Planning and scheduling for maintenance and repairs
• Procurement of spare parts and raw materials
• Enhancement of technical knowledge among staff

Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.
