The cafe space is mainly designed with tables and chairs that follow modern ideas relative to the intended interior decoration and come in different sizes and dimensions. The back area of the cafe includes industrial blenders, coffee makers, coffee grinders, juicers, blenders, etc.
Cafe Standards:
• Fire extinguishers should be placed in several areas, especially near cooking equipment.
• The counter table should have a minimum width of 90 centimeters and a maximum height of 110 centimeters.
• Chairs vary in height between 45 centimeters and 70 centimeters.
• Square tables for two to four people are 90 x 90 centimeters.
• The movement space behind the counter should be at least 100 centimeters.
• The aisle between tables should be about 80 to 80 centimeters.
• Square tables for two people are 75 x 75 centimeters.
• The back area should be at least 80 to 100 square meters.
• Square tables are 60 x 60 centimeters.
• The fire suppression system should be active.
